All religions have a similar purpose of using stories or figures to bring attention to questions of morality and truth. To do a moving meditation (in my case painting) to these stories have been a deeply healing practice for me. This painting is created as a dedication to Ganesha, remover of obstacles.
This painting incorporates metallic paint. As the viewer moves the metallic paint dances across the canvas, revealing and hiding different attributes of Ganesha.
